Cancellation and Return Conditions
Return/Exchange Conditions. Return and exchange requests due to technical issues that may occur in the provision of educational services will only be considered if they are caused by technical problems directly under the control of Bilişim Vadisi. Although Bilişim Vadisi provides the technical infrastructure of the platform, it is not responsible for problems arising from external factors such as users' internet connection, device incompatibility, problems caused by third-party software or system congestion. Return and exchange requests are limited to problems that completely prevent service access and originate from Bilişim Vadisi's technical infrastructure.
The Consumer is obliged to notify Bilişim Vadisi of the requests they will make in accordance with the Agreement and these return and exchange conditions by e-mail to eduvence@bilisimvadisi.com.tr. If the educational service purchased becomes unusable due to technical reasons originating from Bilişim Vadisi, the Consumer must notify Bilişim Vadisi of this situation within 3 business days at the latest.
If the educational service purchased by the Consumer becomes unusable due to technical reasons originating from Bilişim Vadisi, a refund of the service fee or exchange with another educational/event of the same value can be made in accordance with the requests notified within the notification period specified above.
